What is EDI Technology Remote Support?

Remote or online computer support, allows us to remotely view your computer screen and securely fix most computer and network problems right through the Internet via remote control.  Remote computer support allows us to interact directly with your computer so you don't have to perform complicated telephone instructions to fix your computer yourself.

 EDI Remote Support is "hands-free" you can watch the technician fix most of your problems including:

-remove adware/spyware and viruses and stopping pop-ups
-PCtune-ups/ speed up your computer and increase performance
-fix email and software problems
-transferring data from one PC to another and Back-ups
-fix printer, scanner, digital camera and other peripheral problems
-Windows updates/patches, perform maintenance and fix error messages
-install home and small office networks solutions
-Call us with your problem and we take it from there.

What is EDI Technology Onsite?

EDI Technology Onsite provides onsite technical support for businesses, small business, home based business and individuals throughout the United States of America. Once you set an appointment, a technician will come to your home or business to resolve the issue.

Do I need to have a service agreement or contract to get support?


Not in the State of New York. Elsewhere you are required to have an account. To set-up an account simply call (800) 368-4004.

If you have a warranty product by Apple, Dell, IBM, HP, SONY and others your account number is your service agreement number or contract number.

Do I need my original receipt to get service?


No.

How do I reach EDI Technology, Inc.?

What time will the technician come onsite?

You decide what time is convenient for you. When you call EDI Technology, Inc., we'll do our best to schedule your onsite support at a time that is convenient for you, and resolves your issue in a hurry! Call (800) 368-4004 to schedule your onsite support!

How long will it take to work on my computer?

We estimate that most issues will take about 1 hour to resolve, however we cannot guarantee that your issue will take the same time. We will however, work to resolve your issue as quickly as possible!

How much will it cost?

It depends on your Area.  Please call us at (800) 368-4004 with your zip code.

For Remote Support we charge $75.00 per hour with a one hour minimum and 12 minute/$15.00 increments thereafter. Our packages can save you 10% to 60%.  Please ask your technical representative for our value package discounts. For example, you might purchase our PC-Tune Up special with a 2 hours maximum support for only $99.95. 

What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept Cash and Credit Cards. We only accept company checks for contract accounts. You must have active account for us to accept a check.

Will I still be charged if the problem cannot resolved?

Yes, you will be charged if the problem is not resolved. All technicians will do everything they can to resolve a client's issues, but in the case that they cannot, it is only fair that they should be compensated for their time and effort. Problems that cannot be resolved are rare, and our tech will provide direction as to what you will need to do next to resolve the problem.
